- Shipping location and delivery time
Shipping country: All orders are dispatched from the warehouse in Romania.
Processing time: Orders will be dispatched within 15 to 30 working days after payment confirmation (customized products or promotional periods may be slightly extended).
Logistics tracking: After shipment, you will receive an email containing the logistics tracking number. You can check the progress in real time through the carrier’s official website. - Delivery range and cost
Coverage area: Currently supported within the European Union and some non-EU European countries (such as Switzerland and Norway).
Freight calculation
Free shipping for orders over €50 (within Romania).
Shipping fees for other regions are automatically calculated based on weight and destination (as shown on the checkout page).
Note: Additional charges may apply in remote areas or special countries. Please contact customer service for confirmation. - Precautions for International Transportation
Tariffs and taxes: Non-EU customers are required to bear the import taxes and fees themselves (specifically determined by the customs policies of the destination).
Customs clearance delay: International transportation may have extended delivery time due to customs inspection. It is recommended to reserve a buffer period in advance. - Handling of special circumstances
Out-of-stock items: If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you by email and offer replacement/refund options.
